It won't fall out!!!
OK, so not only has the first baby tooth not fallen out yet, now a second adult tooth is growing in...crooked. Hello braces!
We're wiggling and wiggling it, and it just won't budge. The dentists keep saying it's ok, just wiggle it and it'll coome out, but geez, it just won't come out!
Stubborn...he gets it from his father.

Well, at least he'll be able to chew his food a lot better... ;-P
Tell him to eat LOTS of apples, frozen bananas and carrots.
he needs a nice big aple to bite into.... thought about tying a string to the door trick?! okay- did anyone ever REALLY do that?!!!!

My Tink laid in her bed night after night wiggling her front teeth until they fell out. And since they weren't ready to come out, it took months and months for the new guys to come in.
I don't think that's your problem, though.
My point is, if he just messes with it on a regular basis, it will eventually loosen up.
